Text Cleanup Options

These settings are applied after RTF formatting codes are removed.

Trim trailing spaces Removes spaces and tabs from the end of each text line. Limit repeated blank lines Reduces runs of three or more empty lines to a single blank line. Preserve tabs and table cells RTF tabs and table cells become tab characters in the TXT output. Convert non-breaking spaces Replaces RTF non-breaking spaces with ordinary spaces for plain-text compatibility.
