How to check a Roblox decal or image
- Choose what you're uploading from the menu on the right.

Tips for better Roblox images
Resize before you upload. Roblox scales anything larger than 1024 pixels on its own, and its downscaling can look softer than a careful resize. Uploading at the final size also uploads faster.
Use PNG for anything with transparency. Decals with see-through backgrounds, like signs, stickers, and graffiti, need a PNG with a transparent background. A JPG will show a white or black box around the design.
Design icons for small sizes. Game icons are often seen at 50 to 150 pixels across. Bold shapes and a few large words read much better than fine detail, which the small previews show.
Keep badge artwork centered. Badge and pass icons are cropped to a circle, so the corners of a square image disappear. The checker shows the crop and warns you when a noticeable part of the artwork is outside it.
Every upload is moderated. Images are reviewed against Roblox's Community Standards before they appear in games. Passing these technical checks doesn't guarantee approval, so avoid copyrighted characters, logos, and anything against the rules.
